This build focuses heavily on lightning/spell damage, cast speed and cooldown reduction. Lightning bolt stays as a spell so choice of weapon doesn't matter (my endgame was MI sword and Moon Disc). Some interesting endgame numbers: Lightning bolt cast time: 0.35s (dropped to 0.30 with Tempest) Call Lightning/Tempest cooldown: 3.5s
