Cyclone is no needed for this build! Using secondary Rogue spec to boost this build damage from crit chance and crit damage, rest of stats are focused on cast speed and ailment Chance/mana regen. We dont need resitances since all mobs gets frozen almost instantly. Vs Bosses we use Mark of Death for instant HP regen, we are almost immortal by using that skill only we get 1shoted from huge random crit. Since Shadow Dagger got nerfed we use Frost Explosion (skill from Ice Shards) which does a lot of damage on frozen enemies, thats why we need +4 total spell capacity for this build. This build can do more single target damage but its ok if we kill the boss in 20sec instead of 15sec.

What I do is just press and hold Ice Shards skill button and thats it, vs big pulls of mobs you should use Cyclone, helps A LOT! other then that few click on Barrier and Tempest and thats it.
